Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dominiahealth.com and related telehealth services offered by Dominia Health ("Dominia," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Clarity Health LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Dominia Health. Privacy inquiries: through the contact form at https://dominiahealth.com/en/contact (see also our Privacy Policy).

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. jurisdiction where we can lawfully offer services. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you are using the services for yourself (or as expressly authorized for another adult who has consented).

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if you are ineligible, provide false information, misuse the platform, or if clinically or legally appropriate.

2. Not for emergencies or crisis care

Dominia telehealth is not emergency care and is not a substitute for in-person evaluation when urgently needed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, chest pain, severe allergic reaction, suicidal ideation, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use chat, email, or asynchronous messaging for emergencies.

3. Nature of telehealth services

Our platform facilitates online evaluation and, when appropriate, treatment support for adults, with a focus on women's health. Services include women's hormone care (estradiol, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone where clinically appropriate), weight care with compounded GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide), and peptide and wellness services. Patients seeking men's hormone replacement therapy (HRT) are referred to our sister brand, Scoreboard Health.

  • A clinician–patient relationship is formed only when a licensed clinician accepts you as a patient after reviewing your information and, if required, completing a consult under applicable state rules.
  • Clinicians exercise independent medical judgment. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
  • Telehealth has limits: some conditions require in-person exam, imaging, or emergency services we cannot provide online.
  • You agree to follow recommended labs, monitoring, and safety instructions, and to disclose accurate medical history, medications, and allergies.
  • You must tell your clinician if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, because some medications (including GLP-1 medicines) are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Clinical services are provided by Clarity Health LLC through independently licensed clinicians. Dominia Health does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed.

4. Compounded medications and FDA status

Some medications offered through partner pharmacies may be compounded. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA-approved in the same way as commercially manufactured, FDA-approved drug products. Compounded products have not been shown by the FDA to be safe or effective for a particular use in the same manner as approved drugs; quality and availability can vary.

Commercial FDA-approved products may be available in some cases; availability depends on clinical appropriateness, pharmacy supply, and law. Your clinician and pharmacy will discuss options when relevant. You acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to ask questions about compounded versus commercial products before starting therapy.

5. Prescriptions and pharmacies

Prescriptions are issued only when a clinician determines they are medically appropriate. We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies (including compounding pharmacies where applicable). Shipping times and product availability can change. You agree not to share, sell, or misuse prescribed medications.

6. Labs and monitoring

Laboratory testing may be required before and during treatment. Results help assess eligibility and safety. Refusal to complete clinically required labs may result in delayed care, modified plans, or discontinuation. Lab partners are independent; Dominia is not liable for lab errors outside our reasonable control, though we will help coordinate follow-up when appropriate.

7. Accounts, communications, and your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Providing complete and truthful health information.
  • Reading medication guides and following clinician instructions.
  • Keeping contact information current and monitoring messages about labs, shipping, and safety.
  • Seeking in-person care when telehealth is insufficient.

Electronic communications may include SMS, email, and portal messages. Message/data rates may apply. You can adjust non-essential marketing preferences; transactional and care messages may still be sent.

8. Payments, refunds, HSA/FSA

Fees for memberships, consults, labs, or medications are described at checkout or in your plan materials. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are cash-pay and may not be submitted by us to insurance as in-network benefits. You are responsible for knowing whether your HSA/FSA administrator accepts a given charge; we may provide receipts upon request.

Once a clinician visit has started, the visit fee is non-refundable. Once a prescribed product has shipped, it is non-refundable. Contact us before your visit begins or before shipment with cancellation questions.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account review. Prices and offerings may change.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Dominia or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish content for commercial use without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for anyone under 18 or for fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to obtain medications without a valid clinician relationship.
  • Upload malware, scrape the site abusively, or interfere with security.
  • Harass staff or clinicians or misuse communications channels.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DOMINIA FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING CERTAIN PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS WHERE PROHIBITED FROM LIMITATION).

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominia and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Hillsborough County, Florida, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You and Clarity Health LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Important Medical & Compounded Medication Disclaimer

Dominia Health provides telehealth consultations and may prescribe compounded medications, including compounded Semaglutide and compounded Tirzepatide, when clinically appropriate.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to individual patient prescriptions and are not the same as, or generic equivalents of, FDA-approved brand-name medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®.

These compounded formulations are prescribed only after a licensed healthcare provider evaluates your individual medical history, health goals, and eligibility through a telehealth consultation. Not everyone is a candidate for treatment.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Weight loss and other outcomes depend on many factors, including individual biology, adherence to the prescribed plan, lifestyle, and ongoing medical supervision. Any testimonials or patient stories shown on this website are illustrative of individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

The information on this website is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.

By using this website or requesting a consultation, you acknowledge that you understand the above statements regarding compounded medications and telehealth services.
